When you choose your product, you’ll see an “upload” button before you proceed to the Cart. Click it to select the photo of your drawing, then hit Upload.
Any digital camera or smartphone photo will work, as long as it’s high quality and sent as a large file. Files over 200 KB are ideal, and there’s no upper size limit.
Here are some tips:
Position the camera squarely in front of the drawing.
Take the photo in good lighting, avoiding flash, shadows, or reflections
Not at all! You can use any coloring pen, crayon, chalk, or paint. For optimal results, choose bright, bold colors, and we recommend felt tip pens, as lighter pencils may not work as well.
You don’t need an expensive camera; you can take the photo directly with your phone and upload it. Just make sure the photo is as large as possible—the bigger, the better! We’ll reach out if the image isn’t large enough. Any image format works.
No. When we receive your image, our studio will edit it to focus solely on the drawing or paint marks.
We ship to most countries, but unfortunately, we can’t ship to Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Yemen, Algeria, Angola, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Brazil, Paraguay, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Moldova, Montenegro, and Serbia.
Once we receive your order, your product will be dispatched within 4 working days, and you’ll get a confirmation email when it ships. Delivery time will depend on your country.
Personalized or bespoke goods are non-refundable unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please return it, and I’ll create a replacement for you.
For all orders, we charge a flat fee of $5.95 for postage. This applies to every order, regardless of size or destination, ensuring a straightforward shipping cost for you.
